To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items.
Please return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it if you wish to return an unopened and unused gift box. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund unless an item is faulty. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you apply tracking to your return.
